Referring to the failure of some banks in the payment of loans, the deputy civil governor of North Khorasan said: The banks of North Khorasan should not be strict in paying agricultural facilities.

Mehdi Rashidi said in the meeting of North Khorasan Agricultural Water Working Group that was held at the governor's meeting hall before noon on Saturday: Banks should not be strict in providing facilities to projects related to the agricultural sector.

The Deputy Civil Engineer of North Khorasan Governorate continued: "Unfortunately, some banks are strict in providing banking facilities, while the institutions and organizations have introduced the plan to the bank with expert opinion and economic justification."

In another part of his speech regarding earthen dams in the agricultural sector, Rashidi said: Earthen dams are covered by the province's agricultural jihad organization, and the institutions and organizations in charge of this issue will undergo a technical review so that they can be covered by the regional water company of the province if needed.
