He added: Issuing agricultural land documents is one of the important priorities of the Ministry of Agricultural Jihad, and its premise is to eliminate land conflicts, and for this purpose, in 2014, a note was added to the Law on Increasing Productivity, obliging the government to identify all plates and lands with conflicts and remove the interference.
He clarified: From the beginning of the approval of the registration law until 1400, only 5% of agricultural lands had title deeds, but currently 17% of agricultural lands have title deeds, and the first celebration of agricultural land deeds was held last month in several villages of Qazvin province. became.
Platoni stated: A large part of the cases in the judicial system are related to property disputes between people and natural resources and people and people, and the plan of the Ministry of Agricultural Jihad is to resolve land disputes by the end of 1402.
He said: In order to do this, the information of all license plates with interference in the provinces has been collected, and the timetable for the implementation of the interference elimination has been announced to the provincial land affairs administrations, and if financial resources are provided and legal obstacles and problems are resolved, all the lands will be transferred by the end of the 13th government. Agriculture will be documented.
The head of the Land Affairs Organization added: Documenting the agricultural land gives the farmer an identity and they can use these documents as collateral to receive bank loans, as well as resolve property disputes between farmers and maintain the use of agricultural land.
He further said that the documentation of agricultural lands increases the ability to observe, monitor, manage and plan for national macro-plans.
Platoni clarified: Before the implementation of Hadnagar law, farmers should go to the relevant departments to carry out mapping and receive their land ownership documents, and they should have paid all the costs, but now they do not need to go to these departments and pay a small amount. They can document their lands.
He continued: Out of the country's 164 million hectares, about 135 million hectares are national lands and resources, and only 12 to 15 percent of these lands can be cultivated and produce agricultural products.
The head of the Land Affairs Organization stated: This organization supports production and development, but much attention should be paid to the issue of land use so that any change of use is made in its own place and high-quality agricultural land is not converted into non-agricultural uses such as industrial and villas. .
