Urmia - Head of the Real Estate and Deeds Registration Organization stressed the prevention of fragmentation of agricultural lands and said: Demarcation documents should be issued for the lands that have been fragmented in order to prevent their change of use.
According to Mehr reporter, Babaei stated in the meeting of the Administrative Council of the General Directorate of Deeds and Real Estate Registration of West Azarbaijan: In the policy program of the 7th Development Plan, the demarcation of agricultural land is 100% emphasized and the Supreme Leader also said in this regard. They have stated 8 strategies and emphasized on the implementation of the comprehensive delimitation law, and the honorable head of the judiciary also recommends and emphasizes the completion of delimitation.
He also pointed to the current laws and policies of the agricultural jihad and the registration of the country's documents and said: There are all-round emphasis on the full implementation of the comprehensive Hadnagar law in agricultural lands, which shows the high importance of this matter for the country.
Babaei further pointed to the difference in the declared areas and said: these differences should be properly resolved using the expert work and the cooperation of the trustees, and the work should not be delayed and managed so that the matter reaches the desired end.

Agriculture should be demarcated and cadastral documents should be issued for all of them.
