He stated: Also, according to the commission's decision, the central bank is obliged to accept livestock grazing licenses, agricultural well licenses, agricultural land ownership documents, chain guarantees and subsidy accounts as collateral and guarantee the repayment of facilities received by farmers, villagers, traditional herders and nomads. from public and private banks and non-bank credit institutions.
Zare said: The commission also approved the income from the sale of water to industries and mines for the construction and completion of priority water supply and transfer projects, including the sustainability of drinking water supply, operation, repair and reconstruction of hydropower facilities for water supply to villages and deprived areas and areas. nomads and the implementation of plans for the restoration and balancing of underground water resources should be spent.
Zare emphasized: Also, the Consolidation Commission removed the issue of the supply of agricultural inputs, including fertilizers and seeds, from the text of the bill.
