Pardis - Director of Jihad Agriculture in Pardis said: during two stages of demolition of unauthorized construction in "Khajir" protected area, more than five hectares of agricultural lands were liberated.

In a conversation with Mehr reporter, Hassan Dalvand announced the implementation of the second stage of demolition of unauthorized constructions in the village of "Khajir" and added: This action was carried out after receiving a court order, during which the agricultural lands were liberated from the occupiers.

He added: At this stage, six cases of unauthorized construction were destroyed in the garden and agricultural lands of "Khajir" village, including landscaping, wall painting, and unauthorized construction, and with this action, nearly two hectares were liberated.

The Director of Jihad Agriculture in Fardis said: In total, during two stages of liberation in the villages of "Khajir", "Sanjarian" and "Targhian", a collection of 23 cases of unauthorized construction was destroyed and five hectares of garden and agricultural lands were liberated.

He said: If unauthorized construction is done for the second time in the previous place, according to the law, in addition to re-demolition, we will file a complaint against the guilty person, and between one and six months in prison is expected to punish these people.
