According to Mehr News Agency, Mehdi Lal announced the large-scale holding of the Mahalat flower and plant festival in September this year and said: This year, after a 3-year hiatus due to the Corona epidemic, we plan to hold the Mahalat flower and plant festival on a large scale. We should hold it at the end of September and before the reopening of schools. In the past few years, this festival was held in a limited way. This year, in addition to holding the festival, we will also have competitions and side entertainment programs.

The head of the Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts Department of Mahalat said: Mahalat is the center of tourism in Central Province, which has many natural tourist attractions. Flower gardens, greenhouses, ornamental fish production centers and hot water springs are the best attractions of all these attractions, the production of all kinds of flowers and plants in this city attracts tourists and flower lovers.

Lal Bar added: "Mahalat has a moderate weather and welcomes tourists all the days, but the peak of the circulation of the mahalat is during the flower and plant festival." In addition to tourists, Gol Mahalat Research Institute hosts experts and students who want to increase their knowledge in the field of flower production and even types of grass such as drought-resistant grass.

Pointing out that everything in the neighborhoods is somehow tied to flowers and nature, he emphasized: the mood of the city and the beauty around it can undoubtedly relieve the tiredness of several months.

Amir Arabi, head of Mahallat Agricultural Jihad Organization, also said: This region has a suitable climate for producing all kinds of flowers and plants, and for this reason, agricultural tourism in the region can be used to attract tourists.

According to him, this exhibition is going to be held in a 5-hectare space, and producers from among 400 flower producers in Mahalat will present different types of flowers and plants.
