The head of the department of industry, mining and trade of Mahalat city said: Exports in the first nine months of 1401 of Mahalat city have increased by 128% compared to the same period last year.

In an interview with ISNA, Mohammad Jamal Abbasi stated: In the first 9 months of last year, a variety of manufactured and industrial products worth 29 million 514 thousand 496 dollars were exported from Mahalat city.
He continued: Of this amount, 80,323 dollars is allocated to the export of ornamental fish, and about 19,500,000 dollars is allocated to the export of flowers and ornamental plants, branches and pots, and red willow.

He added: In the first 9 months of 1401, about 9 million 919 thousand 350 dollars of industrial carbon black and 14 thousand 823 dollars of waterproofing were also exported from localities.

He said: According to the exports, flowers and ornamental plants, industrial carbon black, and ornamental fish are ranked first to third in exports. During this period, the export of industrial paraffin from Mahalat city has not been done.

Jamal Abbasi stated: This year's exports have increased by 128% compared to the same period last year, and these products are directly sent to countries such as Iraq, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, UAE, India, Turkey, Vietnam, Pakistan, Kenya, Italy, Bulgaria and Malaysia. have been issued

Regarding stone export from Mahalat city, he said: Since stone export is carried out from different sources and has no specific reference, it is not possible to mention exact statistics for it, and information on stone export last year was not announced to this department.
